1. The Government of the Republic of Korea welcomes that Honduras’ presidential election on 
November 29 was conducted with high participation by its people in a fair and transparent manner 
and in observance of democratic procedures. 

2. The Government of the Republic of Korea hopes that, building on the latest presidential election, 
Honduras will see continued development with its constitutional order and democracy restored and 
politics stabilized through faithful implementation of the Tegucigalpa-San Jose Agreement.
