1. The Foreign Ministry has designated Trinidad and Tobago as Travel-alert Level 1 (Precautious) 
region as of May 7.

2. Those who are planning to travel to Trinidad and Tobago are urged to exercise caution. With the 
recent increase in violent crimes such as murder in the country, crimes against foreigners are also 
occurring frequently.

3. Korean nationals staying in Trinidad and Tobago are asked to pay heed to their own safety.
